grocery shopping

Note: This will be a short, but I think funny, post.

One of the things I did today was swing by Publix to pick up a few items. [By the way, many thanks to Catherine for touting her Huntsville Publix back when we were still in Jackson-it made me eager to shop there myself once we moved here!] My deal of the day was definitely the following...drumroll please...:

this 6 cup box of Luigi's real italian ice for a whopping 50 cents. Not only does this grocery store run some pretty great stuff buy one get one free, they also double coupons up to 50 cents netting me this box of sweet treats for half a dollar. You can't even get a can of Coke for 50 cents!

And then as I was making my way down the aisle to the cash register I saw something which I thought was a bit unusual. Can anyone else spot what was to me a bit out of the ordinary?

Miriam, if no one else gets this, I hope you do...it brings to mind a conversation I think I had with you a couple of weeks ago:)
