It's been a while since we've posted, but that's not to say it's been boring around here the past week...I was enlisted by Claude (who also helped out when he could) to dog-sit for a week for one of the fellows who was going on vacation. I'm attaching a few pictures and a video of Lexi who was overall a great dog to keep. She was well trained and pretty mild for most of the time-we hung out around the house, went on lots of walks, and ventured to take her to a Labor Day cookout as well. We only had problems the couple of times when she was left at the house by herself...hence the chips of paint from our door that are on the floor in the video! Once they picked her back up this weekend, we did allot some time to "cleaning" up a bit after her but I will say I was a little sad to see her go. We have talked some about getting a dog and while it was a really good experience for me on what it might be like to get a dog, I think it was just enough of an experience to help me decide we might not be quite ready just yet. Pictures of our new little friend are below:

Awww...I have been bombarded by puppies...they're for sale everywhere around here. It makes me really want one. Something little like a peek-a-poo or something that doesn't shed!
