the reason why today is a particularly special day -

it's laura's birthday!

laura is one of the sweetest people you'll ever meet. she's always up for adventure and has recently become quite the seamstress we hear:) she also had the misfortune - at times - while growing up to be the little sister of at least one brother (claude - who i can speak for) and maybe another (david - i'll let emily or laura comment here...) who inflicted upon her more than her fair share of obstacles / pranks / etc. thankfully she survived to make it through all of those trials to make it to this big day! and i'm so glad she still claims claude because it means i got an awesome sister-in-law. since claude's last week of vacation falls this coming week we're actually going to get to see this gal for a couple of days - and we're just thrilled!
